I started Save The Good Girl to help encourage and empower women to take charge of their lives and emotional well-being. Through this podcast and blog, I share my journey of self-discovery, self-care and how to build a life of purpose and intention.I believe that we all have the power to make positive changes, and I’m passionate about helping women break through their walls and offer different perspectives that ignites hope.

At STGG, I believe that real luxury isn't just about having the most expensive items. It's about having a true quality of life that you are proud of and that makes you feel good inside and out. Luxury of peace, forgiveness, love and allowing yourself to be proud of each step taken towards progress.

STGG is a platform for real conversations about healing, growing, and finding joy in the midst of everyday life, pain and deep heartache. I believe that having meaningful conversations, reflecting on our experiences, and creating a supportive community is the REAL luxury in life.

Through my blog, podcast, and social media, I want to create a space for us to come together, share stories, and find encouragement. You Deserve a luxury listening and reading experience, and that's the main being of STGG - Quality Content!
