In many cases of navigating my life, I have let my mistakes, pain, the past, what others have said, and all the noise in my own mind, define me. What I realized is that, there are so many great parts about me but not feeling good enough, insecurities, negative self talk, and comparing would limit my growth and ability to move on to the good parts.
STGG is about really saving the good parts we have. Save the smile, save the courage, save the soul, save the relationships, save our progress, save our life to live fully! . We really need to push out our authentic selves, mistakes and all! Pain and all! Insecurities and all! Anger and all! Annoyances and all! But most importantly, CHANGE and all!
