"I'll sleep when I'm dead!" How many times have you heard that saying? Or maybe you even said that? (not judging, just giving the verdict!) We have too much life to live to not sleep! Listen, I'm here for the grind, fulfilling the the dreams, and getting so many things done, but how can we keep ourselves going with no rest? Sleeping properly should not only be done on your days off or the weekends, but each night to really set your maximum potential internally and externally.


Investing In Sleep?

We invest in on our phones, cars, clothes, even a good dinner, but what about our sleep? Nah it's not sexy enough. Guess what? It keeps us sexy! You need to invest in great supportive pillows, a great mattress, box spring or adjustable base. Why get pillows for only $20.00 and a mattress for $500 when your iPhone is like $1200 ? Yup, I blasted you! Most people keep their mattresses for 5-10 years.Why not get something to really hold and mold that body?! #Drake reportedly spent $400,000 on a mattress! Clearly het gets it! I mean 400K is a damn house, but that is what he was willing to invest on just the mattress alone! We spend almost half our lives in a bed, why not make it comfortable? Yes the headboard and decor in our rooms may be great, but nothing is fabulous about having body pains and bags on your eyes like Ikea! Check on your whole bed foundation, update if needed! (pillows should not be flat like pancakes btw!)

Being fully rested really rejuvenates our body and mood. Waking up refreshed is a great feeling and we also get so much more done! Aim for about 7-8 hours, try for a week and see the difference of how you feel. From there keep it going! You'll thank me later!
